What are the best aspects of this product?

User - has almost every thing you can think of, in terms of features, very easy to use, very easy to understand, very easy to install,
Development - code is very easy to understand an follow, systems structure is very clean and understandable. Plugin development is easy and fast, system has many built-in options to "plug in to".

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Copyright removal price a little high. Theme customization is with code only.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Theme customization would have been easier with some graphical assistant (like drag and drop, drag and replace, stretch with mouse etc.).

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

All eCommerce solutions, including very custom solutions, were built with this product.
