What are the best aspects of this product?

There are a lot of VPN options in the market, but Nord is my favorite. I love that it can be used virtually anywhere in the globe. This way, we can set up our clients for protection without any problem. There's no limit to the hardware that this can run on also--Mac, Windows, Linus, you name it! This is a truly capable solution that gives us the ease of mind and unquestionable security.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Other solutions are catching up in terms of features and capabilities, but Nord is still the best. I have nothing bad to say about it.
