What are the best aspects of this product?

I don’t encounter security threats when connecting to an unsecured network or public Wi-Fi anymore. The level of security is superb! Also, this product apparently values the user’s privacy by allowing us to browse the internet anonymously. Overall, it’s great. Well, I’ve already expected it from Norton. Been using their products for a long time and I never had a bad experience.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Just like what I’ve written above, Norton Secure VPN is great. I cannot think of anything that I can consider a downside of using it.
