What are the best aspects of this product?
It's affordable! If you're planning to use the service, currently, they have three pricing plans. The price varies depending on the number of the device that will be using the service. In terms of making payments, you can pay either monthly or yearly.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It does not support BitTorrent or P2P. Would be nice if it does. Also, the server location is limited.

My colleagues and I are using this service to see whether or not our websites are accessible or working in various countries. It's pretty useful.
