What are the best aspects of this product?
They don't take "NO" for an answer. We came close to doing business with them 3 years ago until we realized that they were global and wanted us to pay for their services after they took it upon themselves to put our events on their website. We host gun shows and the type of marketing they want to do for us is not beneficial globally. Gun laws are different in every state and therefore global advertising does nothing for us.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
They don't seem to want to understand. They speak good English for the most part but they are very pushy with trying to get you to sign up. If global marketing would work for our business we might think about it but it doesn't and they keep calling. I've had 2 sales calls today from them.
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
They should ask permission before just putting up events they know nothing about. They want the company to maintain their event pages on their site and pay them for the use of the software. The reports they send to us state that our event reached over 300 people with 1 lead, who knows where in the world these people are located. It seems like they are trying to take advantage of people.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Nothing was solved and they refuse to understand that their platform does not benefit our company and we will not be paying for it. They won't take no for an answer. I am now resorting to giving them honest reviews so maybe they will leave us alone.
