What are the best aspects of this product?

Our team has thrived ever since we started using Office365. We're now more efficient and productive thanks to it. It's not difficult to use and it aids us in our day-to-day office tasks.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is that issue of intermittent overwriting of data whenever more than one person tries to access the same file at the same time. The updates in the files are not as swift as we would want them to be as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've successfully improved our workflow in the office. We consistently meet deadlines now too because we can finish our work even if we're on-the-go.
