A great tool for communication.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Office 365 is a dependable software. It has all of the best services in its toolbox. I love how it makes collaboration and file-sharing seem like a breeze. My co-workers could be anywhere halfway around the world, and Office 365 can still let us work with each other seamlessly. It's a communication platform that is second to none.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite the many benefits that this software has given me and my team, I still have a couple of gripes about it. For one, it can be very expensive. An individual user usually has a hard time paying for the annual subscription. Another issue that I have is that the interface is not exactly easy to learn. If you're new to this, then you better prepare for a steep learning curve ahead.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Office 365 is a reliable creation and communication tool for me and my team. My colleagues and I use this mostly to store our files in a safe and secure location.
