What are the best aspects of this product?
It's probably not common practice, but my team and I do most of our brainstorming and exchanges on Office 365. It's a conducive environment for exchanging ideas and sharing files. Personally, I use it to respond to the emails or save my response drafts there.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The shut-down process of the app can be a bit clunky. This results to an equally clunky reboot the next time you open it

I use this mainly for communication between individuals in my office or to exchange ideas with my team.
