What are the best aspects of this product?

I always reach out to Office 365 whenever I need to create and/or edit documents at work. It has a robust set of features that allows me to work on just about any device, and anywhere that is convenient for me. It helps us organize our files, plus it encourages our team members to work together too. It's a brilliant program.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I stand in solidarity with those who complain that the mobile app for Office 365 is not as robust as the desktop version. Another issue that I don't always have access to the internet wherever I go. Accessing Office 365, then, becomes virtually impossible.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Office 365 is such a good assistant for my day-to-day deliverables at work. It lets me create, edit, and work with my team in completing files and documents that we have to produce.
