What are the best aspects of this product?

This consolidates all of the tools I need for work. It holds my email correspondences, my notes, my calendar, my word processor--everything!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Outlook's navigation section can be a little difficult to learn.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Office 365 mainly for sending and responding to emails from my clients and my teammates. I use it to create and share files with my colleagues too.
