What are the best aspects of this product?

I think it's great that I can access my Office 365 database on any of my registered devices. I know that my files on their cloud space are secure too.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The price. It's ridiculously expensive.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Office 365 lets me access my files even when I'm not at my work desk. Thanks to it, I can easily edit documents on my phone.
