What are the best aspects of this product?

There's virtually zero difference in the desktop versus the cloud version. The only difference is that, in the latter, the working file can be shared so people can pitch in their ideas.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I love that Office365 makes it possible to collaborate with colleagues...I just wish that they would facilitate in making this process more seamless.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I have been able to enjoy the same features in the cloud and desktop versions of Office 365. The only added benefit is that my team and I can easily collaborate on the former version.
