What are the best aspects of this product?

Office 365 simplifies file sharing and collaboration within a work-unit. One thing that I love about it is that it allows me to create, share, and edit documents even when I am on-the-go. The only thing that I need to successfully do this is a fully-functioning device and a stable internet connection. In the unfortunate event that I lose my devices too, I know that my files are secure and I can still access them on the cloud. Installation and configuration are a breeze to carry out as well.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The mobile version (especially on Android) of this app seems to have limited functionalities. The price is pricey for a year's subscription too. And an internet connection isn't always assured so this requirement is like a tall order at times.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use Office 365 heavily for creating and editing my documents. I love the sharing capabilities of this program as well. Doing the paperwork and finishing them is such a breeze with the aid of this tool.
