This is a user-friendly solution. I love that it encourages teamwork and allows us to work on the same project at the same time. The comments feature is particularly useful for giving feedbacks and kudos to the owner of the file. I highly recommend this to every work team reading this.

The price for an annual subscription can be a little steep.

We use this mainly to exchange files for brainstorming and approval. It lets us access documents even if we're off-site.
