What are the best aspects of this product?
The first thing that got us hooked to Office Ally is the very affordable price point. What kept us subscribed to it til now is the significant benefits we have been realizing from using it. The ease of using it is also among the biggest strengths as it can be operated by even the non-techie clients and employees.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The IT personnel seem inexperienced with handling customer issues. The prescription is often incomprehensible and customizing contents of prescription, among other aspects of the software, is quite restrictive.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our client base has grown exponentially since using Office Ally. Our health workers were ble to spend more time knowing the specific conditions of each patient and investigate further.
