What are the best aspects of this product?

Office Ally is extremely user-friendly so it did not require so much time for everyone to learn its ins and outs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We continue to experience problems with merging our health database and billing records. The integration process is also quite tedious as compared to its other competitors.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We hope its customer support team can resolve our issues on EHR-billing integration. Nonetheless, we are realizing numerous benefits from using the platform, particularly on communication between departments and the generation of up-to-date reports.
