As a big plus, their Step-by-Step instructions make it easy to get up and running. Not only do you have direct access to clear and concise video tutorials and documentation, the messaging center within OfficeSweeet will connect you instantly with support. No waiting for a return email or phone call.
With over 20 years of administrative and financial experience, in my opinion, OfficeSweeet puts QuickBooks in the dark ages when it comes to getting things done to truly understand your financial position. You can put information in and go back and change anything, delete anything or just start again making accounting a breeze. You are able to follow your receivables and payables in such a clear manner that makes bank reconciliations and cash flow recording quick and simple.
The built in calendar and messaging center is fantastic. It allows an administrator to pay special attention to workflow status, makes it very easy to communicate between staff and clients to know exactly what the status is of all projects and tasks and be able to make sure that no steps have been missed or are late. The system insures that all employees and consultants are accountable for daily activities. Having billable time available makes it not only easy for payroll, but for keeping track of invoicing and contractual time.
Their CRM is easy and intuitive, with a built-in emailing and document management, it’s so nice to have a record of every interaction with all of your contacts exactly where you can find it. I particularly like having the built-in eSignature component.
I would highly recommend having OfficeSweeet as a true all-in-one business solution. We love it!
