What are the best aspects of this product?

I really appreciate how this tool allows me to work remotely. I can use either my tablet, phone, or home computer to perform tasks. I like how this program allows me to save and send files and view PDF files and Word documents.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Honestly, I like everything about this product and can't think of anything to complain about.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The only problem I encountered was that this product did not sync with my Kindle. Otherwise, using this has been a dream.
