What are the best aspects of this product?

The user and technical support team are always open to user recommendations and comments. Then, we often observe some recommendations having fruitful results in the platform through changes and updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Better control of the admin dashboard would be helpful to fit law enforcement needs. This can solve some restriction issues that we encounter. Also, I have noticed that the customer support service is quite difficult to connect with. Nonetheless, they are really responsive and helpful once they’ve answered our call.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use this for the incident and police report documentation. Omnigo makes it easier to collect reports for data processing purposes too.
