What are the best aspects of this product?

Omnigo is a professional and convenient platform that is very helpful for leadership and management tasks. It helps in collecting data efficiently, especially that it directly connects CAD to officer reports. You can grab data from either of the two points too. Moreover, I commend the reliability of the customer support service in helping us address some issues in the system. They skillfully work with our own staff to help in handling solutions and updates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The seat licensing deal is too pricy and problematic especially when one of our staff missed to log out from their account after a work shift. This means less one seat for the team to use, thus others often fail to log in at the start of their shift. Thankfully, we’ve upgraded to the unlimited deal.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Omnigo is a terrific tool for monitoring incidents as well as for making quality reports about them. This is dependable for determining lapses in our operations, and for collecting data that we can use.
