PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Omnigo is already a robust reporting tool when I used this a few years ago in my previous job in a dispatch team. Now, I’m using this again in my new job, and I’ve noticed that it has accumulated a lot of wonderful upgrades. Omnigo also has a reliable helpdesk team that has helped us through integration, training and regular assistance. I haven’t stumbled on some other tool that is as wonderful as Omnigo, and one that has very professional support.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’ve yet to encounter any problem when using Omnigo. All of its reporting and dispatch functionalities among other features are great. We can conveniently collect quality raw data from the tool as well.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Omnigo is a great reporting solution like no other. It provides professional reports, and everything is cohesive too.
