What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to utilize. It can be customized to suit whatever it is that you need. We love collaborating with the company and interacting with a real agent whenever we reach out to their support team. Add this to the fact that we were able to achieve our needs in marketing automation and sales, this was a big win for us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, nothing negative has come to mind. After all, if the product did just about everything we asked it to do, there shouldn't be anything bad to say. We love using this tool the moment we laid our eyes on it. No regrets or whatsoever!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We're using the product for two core areas. The first is for sales follow-up. It enabled us to ensure that nothing will fall in between our lead generation campaigns. The next is for marketing automation. We're doing email blasts and using the product to keep track on the efficacy of our campaigns and ensuring our database remains organized.
