PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is user friendly and customer friendly. The app is great and it's customised and branded with my logo.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The customer service is very bad. sometimes it's available, and even on the sometimes you go back and forth explaining the same thing, then it seems to just melt into never never and you don't get an outcome, so once you purchase the system - you're kind of on your own.
The ability for people to refund themselves is probably the most ridiculous feature that one fit stop has - when they refund themselves it actually costs me money - but there is nothing they can do about this apparently? I would simply like a credit refunded to their account instead of the cash.
