What are the best aspects of this product?
The price is cheap and memberships were easy to program. (But lacked features).
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Downtime and poor support made business impossible. App always not working, extremely slow. You can’t check people in who use the gym. It doesn’t work for a massage or spa. You can’t tell what people are being charged for- the system shows a different amount to what people are being charged.
We lost so many members because of this overcharging and we couldn’t explain what they were being charged for.
Doesn’t work on iPad.
Also don’t fall for buying their expensive glorystar device. You don’t need it and they don’t support you when you leave - you’ve stuck with an overpriced useless device.
