What are the best aspects of this product?

This is a great way to share files securely! It logs activities. It can be integrated with other apps that allow us to edit the shared files real time. The sturdy mobile app allows us to access it anywhere with almost the same functionalities. We also find the workspaces really beneficial for everyone. It improves our collaboration and our internal communications in general.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I wish they would add an auto-sync option.
