Onehub is useful for collaborating and working together with your teammates without having a face-to-face interaction. This is a great way to manage business projects because following up, file sharing, and other activities can be done within the app. We can now work simultaneously through this app regardless if we're at the office or not. It's was a good decision to purchase this app.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They need to improve on their phone-in assistance because processing our issues seemed a bit slow.
