PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I appreciate how easy it was for us to translate within the tool. Even better, we could just as easily have any of the tool's professional translators help us out with translations. The combination of these two things helped us come up with our products that are available in several languages.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Overall, these problems aren't a big deal, but I do wish the interface was more intuitive. Navigating to key areas can get confusing, and so does figuring out which languages need to be refreshed because the core language changed.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

When our product became popular and started drawing international attention, it became necessary for us to translate from English to other several languages. This tool was a really big help in that process and has made it easier for us to sell our products to other markets with languages different from ours. We don't even have to worry if a language is not supported by this tool because we can ask for a price quote and they will work on translating it once an agreed price is set
