What are the best aspects of this product?
I firmly believe that using OneSky has helped us reduce our translation expenses by more than 70 percent, which is a massive deal for the company. Instead of hiring third party translators, we now do all the work by ourselves. Translating our work into a wide choice of international languages is not a joke. We had to learn how the software works from scratch, but it is all worth our effort at the end of the day.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The product can be quite challenging to navigate, especially if you are new to translation. It takes a higher level of expertise to use OneSky efficiently, especially if you need to translate your material into several languages all at the same time. It takes a while to get used to it, and I’m glad that I’m way past the adjustment period.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Our product has started growing fast for the past years. So we decided to find a way to reach more audiences in other parts of the world, including South America, Asia, and Europe. One of the things that we should do is to provide multi-lingual translations into our page. Aside from English, we had to offer different options to build a connection with our clients quickly. We are glad that we decided to give this project a push because our sales tripled for the last nine months. Using OneSky is so convenient, practical, and it produces your desired results.
