What are the best aspects of this product?

Ongage solves a real world problem for email marketers and email marketing agencies like us. You cans easily connect multiple ESP accounts and manage your email program and optmize delivery through different ESP channels based on performance feedback. Ongage is very easy to use and is loaded with useful features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Analytics part of Ongage could be improved. It's not bad, but could be improved to make it more useful.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Support/integration for more and more ESPs

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We use multiple ESPs to deliver marketing emails for our clients and having a platform like Ongage to manage all the campaigns in one place has been essential to the growth of our business.
