What are the best aspects of this product?
Overall Ongage provides comprehensive high-tier tool to manage multiple smtp and sms providers. As time goes by we stopped using other platforms such as Silverpop and PowerMTA in favor of Ongage.
Among other things I would notice high level of UI/UX for everyday use. Great support. Matrix report.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Sometimes they update things which on my opinion better to leave as it is.
