Ongage is a great CRM tool!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Very versatile, with lots of providers integrated and many options available to use and implement the best campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It\'s a bit of a sensitive tool - if you don\'t know your way around it, you might break a campaign or two. But all reversible and after 1 or 2 times you break stuff, you\'re a pro so it doesn\'t happen anymore
