Great platform, very easy to use

What are the best aspects of this product?

I mainly use Onlypult to schedule on instagram as per Facebook I schedule everything from the platform, just because I find it easier for me.
From Onlypult I love the fact that you can schedule really everything from videos, carosuels and single photos, post and stories and the cost for the monthly or annual plan is very reasonable.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I find the process of adding new Instragram account sometimes problematic. Sometimes it works without asking for the verification code and sometime it doesn't, so I find a different process all the times. I am not sure if that depends on the Instagram account privacy setting or not but this is the only thing I have issues with. However I have always been able to add the accounts in the end.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would love to have the feed preview for instagram.
Rather than viewing the post in the order of posting dateI would really love to view them based how they will appear on the real feed.

Also I would introduce a multi-account and a multi-channel calendar, so that in one view it is possible to see all the the content scheduled for the same group of account and on each platform. This would be very helpful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Since the beginning being able to schedule posts and stories on Instagram and being able to view long term analytics about each account.
I chose Onlypult as it offered all I needed at the time at a reasonable price. I didn't need a platform that offered many services or too complicated to use. Onlypult is easy to use, offers all the essentials features and it keeps developing itself introducing new tools that are helpful to have integrated all in one platform (as for example the analytics, the link builder or the monitoring).
