PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My experience with Onlypult is very good. From the first moment I started using the platform, it was very simple and complete. In addition, over time they have been introducing different tools that perfectly complement what I am looking for when programming, measuring and analyzing my content.

Its panels are very visual, which I love. At a simple glance I can check which publications are scheduled and at what times, just as I can see the history of publications to know how my content is in the feed of the determined social network.

Personalizing content based on social media is also one of my favorite parts, allowing you to enter hashtags, links, or CTAs according to posts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I would like you to work more on your customer service. Although it is good I would like it to be faster understanding some problems and expressions from languages other than English.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

I would like to be able to edit the stories, adding texts, gifts and links from the publication tool itself.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We manage a very high number of very high accounts and we need to access them quickly to program many contents on different social networks.
