PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

My rating is top for several reasons. Our organization delivers webinars to audiences with a large variety of technological know-how and equipment. We do NOT want our audience to have to install something. We must be able to simply send them a link, have them click it, enter their name, and be in the meeting. Period. No installs, no tweaks, no nothing. AND it has to work on all platforms. OnstreamMedia has been delivering this to us for many years, to our full satisfaction.
It also looks very clean, and works perfectly. It's simply excellent.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There is honestly nothing that I think they could do better. Completely satisfied with the product.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It does everything we need. It's a mature and complete product.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

As stated: We needed a product which did NOT require the end-user to install anything. Simply send them a link, and they're in the meeting. No installs. Nada.
Besides this, we needed a webinar platform, and this is a very mature platform for that.
