What are the best aspects of this product?

I specifically like the ability to target particular groups of individuals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We encountered problems after implementing the system, but it's more likely the fault of our staff who handled the team's initial transfer into using the system. So I had to make plans and find a way so our department can maximize the use of the platform. For instance, our human resource team that enters in contact details needs to ensure that they enter the data consistently between categories to form groups properly.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I think the automation tools brought by Ontraport have helped my marketing team and the company handle more tasks and accomplish goals. Thanks to the ability to create automated messages and email campaigns, our organization looks more professional.
