What are the best aspects of this product?
Ontraport has a lot of functionalities to offer, which is good but can be overwhelming. Good thing that it offers good tutorials and introductory information so that we'll have an easier time understanding its many features, options, and tools. After onboarding, we now appreciate its many functions because we can do what should have taken us several systems to accomplish in one platform. A lot cheaper too, since data integration for huge volumes of data usually costs quite an excessive amount. A good example of this is when we have to move and manage new contacts. Even if we have a large userbase, we can integrate the latest contact information within Ontraport in a straightforward fashion without added cost. Another aspect of the program worth mentioning is the automation of a big chunk of repetitive tasks like data integration. This helps improve the efficiency and speed of many of our processes.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The interface structure is not flexible because of the limitations they impose on the design customization. There's not much room for personalization, which I think is a shame because those who regularly use Ontraport will benefit from adopting the program to their unique needs. White labeling is pretty limited too.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to Ontraport, we were able to streamline our customers' communication process to make it faster, more direct, and more efficient. Because we now have more tools to learn about their interests and needs, we could improve our customer service. We are sure that the improved attention and interaction we give our customers makes them happier working with us. Aside from that, we can now create campaigns quickly, even if we need to send them to a vast volume of clients. Marketing is doing better as well since we started using this product.
