What are the best aspects of this product?
Ontraport CRM is the best of all the CRM I've tried so far. I find all its features useful, such as building forms and landing pages, payment processing, and business automation. It's also easy to use, very affordable and is continually improving. Not to mention that the third-party integration support is excellent. I've been using this for a few years now and I'm delighted. I've also been recommending Ontraport to other people I know.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
No downsides come to mind. I have a handful of suggestions, though. First is more integration support for other business systems, like, say, RingCentral. More automation triggers won't be amiss either. None of these missing features impede my business, so I'll still give Ontraport a full mark.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Admittedly, we only use like half of Ontraport's features. But it's more than enough to provide my co-workers and me the tools and ways needed to work in a more organized manner. This, in turn, is a big time saver because a lot of tasks that would have to be handled manually are done in a more automated and efficient way. Not only that, but we also prevent the risk of missing out on certain essential tasks since the program reminds us of what needs to be done.
