PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's such a comprehensive platform that we can do many transactions, like creating landing pages and CRM functionalities, within the software. The support is very responsive as well, and we can see the effort on their part with screen shares and live interactions whenever we call them, which is more than other companies can say.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It's pretty hard to learn and master, so onboarding takes a long time. There's also this one time when we experienced issues with pages and emails and they weren't able to fix it for some time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I don't think I'm in the position of giving an extensive response to this question because we're still new to this. In fact, we are still yet to launch online. But so far, I've been using it to generate leads, handle online sales, and do CRM functions.
