What are the best aspects of this product?

There are many things to like about this product. First, the functionalities are very straightforward and easy to use. There are comprehensive tutorials, which were a great help when we're learning how to use the product. Next, it has automated most of my digital marketing processes so running the business has become more seamless. It even integrates with Facebook, which I absolutely love. Last but not least, Ontraport has a friendly and helpful customer service and support team who even go the extra mile to assist us.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I work in South Africa and unfortunately, Ontraport does not support the time-zone here. But I'm able to solve the problem by using the Athens time zone.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me with my digital marketing. I can generate leads through Facebook and Leadmagnets and communicate with my customers regularly. I also use the system to process my sales.
