PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I've been using this product for more than seven years now and I can say that Ontraport sets the bar high for marketing solutions. I can say with confidence that Ontraport is well-suited for both startup businesses and seasoned companies alike. Its core features are more than enough for the everyday activities that we don't need to use any add-ons. For example, we can create an end-to-end sales funnel and build a membership site or webpages right from the app. Even then, the devs haven't been slacking off either because they keep adding more features to make the system better. For instance, the feature "Custom Facebook Audience" seems promising even though we haven't been using it yet, but we certainly will decide to scale up our Facebook marketing efforts. It's working brilliantly too, for our WordPress integration. I like this platform because the level of support the devs give is above average in our experience. The owners themselves are also well in touch with their community to know that our feedback and suggestions are being heard.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One thing I know I'm not fond of is the webpage builder. While it comes with a wide variety of cool-looking, professional templates, and it's good at limiting what we can do to mess up the pages, I still somehow find it lacking. The devs are always looking for ways to improve it though, so it's still good.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I've been a long-time user of Ontraport because it helps us with a lot of things. Lead generation, capture, and nurturing, sales processing, marketing automation, lead page building, back-end task management, course delivery, CRM, and affiliate management, to list a few.
