What are the best aspects of this product?

It is what you would need to manage a team and projects in your business. You can configure it according to your business needs. With Oracle Agile, we have been able to improve the collaboration of our team members and see the status of a task. It allows you to manage your team and projects in an organized manner. With the notification feature, you will be able to keep track of the progress of the each project and who has been assigned what task. It easily integrates with other enterprise business systems thereby giving your business the flexibility it needs. For the purpose of auditing and accountability, you can pull up data of past tractions for every user.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it integrates well with enterprise system, there are few things that need to be looked at. When it comes to training, there is no system which is built-in to help with this. This also goes for the life cycle management solution the tool brings. It would be great if such systems were built-in to make it easy when you are tracking a project or a product. The developers of this product should find a way or come up with a module that is intuitive to help with the training. This in return would complement the features the tool has and make it easy for any business to switch to Oracle Agile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are now able to do things faster and more effectively. Before we deployed Agile for our business processes, it was all boring as it would take time to complete a life cycle for a product. Luckily, this tool has made us even more productive as we can shorten that time and get rid of the processes that are in line. In short, we have few or less processes waiting in line for long as compared to before. Apart from that we can benefit from how we deal with the requests or feedback from customers. Agile has the ability to integrate all that data into one place which makes it easier to retrieve it and develop a product that is customer centered. Previously, everything was stored everything in different locations which made it difficult to trace and retrieve.
