What are the best aspects of this product?

The user interface is simple for both the users and clients. When it comes to how easy it is to use, our staff can get up to speed with its features and find their way around with ease. This is compared to the product life cycle management tool we were using before this, Legacy. It was complex and did not have simple user interface. As such, the switch to the Oracle Agile was bliss on our part and that of our clients. It integrates well with HPQC and thus allows us to easily test and track cases on the go. With this product, importing data from other sources is simple which allows you to collect and manage it with ease on the same platform.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The fact that it has built-in configuration templates makes it reliable up to a certain point. However, this comes with limitations on the features you can configure to suit your business needs. It only offers limited configuration option as everything else is done for you. It does not factor in that all businesses are unique and thus have unique needs. With that said, customization is not well defined based on the needs of the user which brings about deployment problems of the tool. Also, here are navigation options which do not make sense on the part of the user. This can be confusing to large extent.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is seamless in terms of support and functionality and that is what we were missing. It has everything in one place to ensure that your product life cycle management and planning processes are in a single location. Previously, this was not possible but thanks to Oracle Agile, we have that. Our business processes have now become streamlined in a way that we are more productive and clients are happy. It is easy to use as compared to other similar products we have used. This made it easy for our users to switch to the new product and thus high adopting rate.
