I do not have any problem with how the tool works. I cannot even think of anything negative to point out from it. But with a close and keen eye, I would say that some businesses would think of it to be too costly for their business processes. However, this would be the case if you are looking it in terms of short term goals. It might be costly when you look at it from that angle. However, the cost, is just a quote, which will break-even in terms of the return on investment if you are in it for the long term.
