We scaled most similar products in the market and Oracle Agile proved to be cost effective. T comes configured to help you get started right away. Despite this, it is easy to use and has a dashboard that strives to increase your visibility of the projects. This means that, while on the dashboard, you will be able to see the progress of each project and thus reliable. It gives you a better angle to manage your projects without much hustle.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Despite it having all the features that you could want in a project life cycle management solution, Oracle Agile has it downside. Since it comes with the configurations, it has proven to be much work. You have to configure different for a different project which can be time consuming and confusing at times. You cannot use a configuration for one project in a new project. Every time you undertake a project with a new configuration, once you are done, it goes back to the default template. It would be better if there as only a one time configuration to make things easier and offer smooth workflow for users.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It offer a better platform where you can oversee what is happening to your projects. You can identify issues as they happen and thus ale to resolve them early enough during the project’s life cycle. You can manage projects effectively from who should do what to the data included in the project. With such kind of functionality, Oracle Agile has become a great add-on to our system. It acts as a watchdog for all our projects in terms of their performance and where they are in the timeline to completion. It opens up to things that we could not see if we did not have this product by our side and thus we are better off.
