What are the best aspects of this product?

It is a total package when you think of it. With minor customizations and configured workflows that will meet the bigger part of the clients’ needs, you are good to go with this tool. Although the configurations are already built in, you can do more or extra to suit your needs. You can custom the product in some areas ha need emphasis based on the uniqueness of your needs and then achieve your objective. The ready-made templates help to same time for most users when they want to configure them according to their business needs. In sort, it cuts the hustle of having to create a template from scratch.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It comes with some few glitches that need addressing and ironing for the developers of Oracle Agile. When it comes to providing a solution to a client using the forms, it can be a little bit tricky. The forms are complex which should not be the case when presenting a solution to the client. It would be better if they were easy to understand as this would complement our objective. Also, solutions to problems or needs are located at the vertical section of the form. In some cases, those solutions do not necessarily match with the corresponding need or issue. This can be confusing altogether and thus need for improvement on that issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our problem that we wanted to solve is the fact that clients were not able to understand the BOM configurations. We have since been able to achieve that and more thanks to Oracle Agile. Processing the BOM configurations was not easy let alone possible before we deployed this tool into our system. Our goal is to make the client happy and by investing in this product life cycle management tool, we have been able to hack that. Clients can now process the configurations with ease. The need for a better tool that understands and configures well to give you the best results and make your work easier has been satisfied by Oracle Agile.
