What are the best aspects of this product?

Being able to access all my business data through my smartphone, tablet, or any portable device is an excellent feature for convenience. Such easy and mobile accessibility allows us to respond to business needs wherever we are, important when an urgent matter or concern is at hand. Also, creating an interactive app version is intuitive enough that it doesn't require one to have coding expertise.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Oracle is helping us achieve our business goals but I hope it could churn out online video tutorials to help us more effectively optimize features within the platform.

Oracle gave a helping hand in centralizing all our business data into one platform that is accessible to any staff members from different parts of the world.
