Oracle has powerful data search, analytics, and reporting capabilities that you can leverage and turn into the visual report. Its trove of visualization features is also effective in unearthing new trends you would not have noticed in other basic templates.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are still features I don't entirely understand how to utilize. Although customer care has been very helpful, I hope it could find more ways to help me more quickly flatten the learning curve.
