What are the best aspects of this product?

Oracle BPM allows business owners to keep up with ongoing business trends such as social media marketing and e-commerce and offer virtual customer service, making it convenient for all clients. BPM is responsible for keeping things in check and comply with the highest form of standards. As a user, I am happy that I can create my processes and ensure that it gets carried out in my projects or tasks seamlessly.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?
