What are the best aspects of this product?

It was effortless to use and implement. I was able to familiarize myself with the product in less time than I expected. I’ve used similar process-oriented software before, but I prefer Oracle BMP because of its impressive overall features.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

So far, I’m contented with Oracle BPM. It creates and enhances business processes and creates solutions that matter, so I will continue using it as long as I need it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Some processes take time to complete, especially if several department heads are required to sign off. These cause us not to meet our required timeline, so we decided to find a better solution through the help of Oracle BPM.
