What are the best aspects of this product?

Our company has been struggling with our current processes. Our output and revenue suffered for the past years. We decided to acquire Oracle BPM to help us fix our broken processes and realign them accordingly. One of the issues that we were able to address is when each process request would be approved. With Oracle, we could expedite things and automate more than 50% of our tasks, which was a massive relief for us. I can say that this BPM tool was able to implement smart changes in the company, and things finally got better and better.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Based on my personal experience, I would have to say that Oracle BPM needs to step up their game to become more competitive. It needs to improve its current features and the majority of its functionality. One of the significant issues that we have to deal with is system issues that crash from time to time. However, I appreciate all the support team's efforts to give us a better experience.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

A lot of our processes have been streamlined using this software. If we haven’t thought of investing in it, I would have to say that we could be dealing with more significant problems as of today. Although the app itself is more complicated than other BPM tools in the market, I can say that we have learned so much in terms of process improvement and it helped us in stepping up our game and increase our performance.
